I'm pleased to co-sponsor the Disposal of Waste (Advertising and Penalty Provision) Bill. This new law will fight back against criminals who dump rubbish in our neighbourhoods and green spaces.
The Bill will tackle illegal vendors advertising their clearance services and compel councils to prosecute offenders.
