Chris Clarkson has been elected as the Conservative MP for Heywood and Middleton. Chris is the first Conservative to win the seat since it was created.
Upon hearing the result this morning, Chris said, "You made this happen. Thank you to everybody who trusted me with their vote. I will work flat out to justify your trust in me and my team. You will never have less than my absolute best."
