Extremely pleased to hear today that the Mayor has decided to work up the business case for the Metrolink coming to Middleton as part of a wider regeneration project in co-operation with RBC.
I think it's fair to say Andy and I disagree on lots, but certainly not on this. People should have access to an efficient, affordable and integrated public transport system and I'll be doing whatever I can to support this project.
Glad to see all the subliminal messaging in my zoom backdrop is starting to work.
