Great to meet with representatives from the Football Foundation to discuss funding for grassroots football facilities in Heywood & Middleton. Together with the Premier League and Government, our area has received nearly £2,000,000 worth of grants since 2000.
I had an excellent discussion about future projects and pledged my support for continued funding for grassroots facilities.
