Over the past couple of months, I have been contacted by an increasing number of constituents with reports of fly-tipping across the constituency.
I met with the manager of Wendy's Private Day Nursery in Heywood to discuss how fly-tipping has impacted the nursery and what more needs to be done to combat it.
